The content and appearance of the fresh flower arrangements made by a Floralplanet.com affiliate florists may vary based upon seasonality, availability, and the interpretation of the delivering florist.

Should the flowers in an arrangement you order not be available, we will substitute flowers of equal or greater value. Often times, we will substitute different colors and varieties of the same flower to replicate the arrangement as closely as possible.

Floralplanet.com relies on its affiliate florists to offer arrangements with the same style and types of flowers featured on our web site.

Alternative Price Selections:

Fresh floral arrangements are offered at additional price points so that our customers have more choices when selecting a particular bouquet.

Greater Price than Shown: If you select a price that is greater than the price of the arrangement, the Floralplanet.com affiliate florist will "fill-to-value" by adding more flowers, or by using more expensive flowers, or by using a more expensive container.

Note: Floralplanet.com affiliate florists build each arrangement in our catalog according to specific design and floral specifications. When designing an alternative selection for a given arrangement, utmost care is taken to maintain the overall effect and appearance as shown.

The discretion to design an arrangement at a price other than the arrangement show in the catalog resides with the local affiliate florist. This gives the florist more flexibility based upon what is in stock and what stock items are the freshest.

A Floralplanet florist will do their best to deliver the item on-time, and will offer a fruit or gourmet basket of equal or greater value than the item specified.
