Return Policy
for Hard Goods
Customer satisfaction
is our top priority. If an item has been
shipped incorrectly or is damaged in any way, please contact our
customer service representatives to receive an RMA number via email
at
service@floralplanet.com.
Our 7 Day return policy allows customers to return any hard good
item that does not leave them completely satisfied. Customers are
entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the item ordered.
However customers will be responsible for the original shipping
as well as the return shipping to us. There is a 25% restocking
fee for any order over $250.00 USD.

to notify us of your pending return.
Re-pack the item (s) in the original packing materials. Upon inspection
of the merchandise we will credit your account for the full refund
of the returned merchandise, minus the initial and final freight
costs, and a restocking fee if applicable. If you have any questions

Custom
or special purchases are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A
custom purchase consists of any item that is not listed on the website.
A special purchase is any item that is not a standard inventory
item.
A special purchase also consists of a large volume order over $250.00
USD.
