Floralplanet.com fresh flowers, live plants, or balloons can be delivered anywhere within the United States (including Alaska / Hawaii) and Canada.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm in the recipient’s time zone. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next day.

• Delivery Times: Floralplanet.com can not guarantee a specific delivery time for fresh floral arrangements. We will make every attempt to accommodate any requests for timed deliveries, but can not guarantee it.
  
  Normal florist delivery times are between 9:00am and 6:00pm, but may vary by location.

• Sunday deliveries are not available in most areas.

• During peak holiday periods, the delivery of orders may be delayed due to heavy volume, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Service Fees

Service fees are applicable for all Direct florist deliveries.

To cover the costs of processing your out-of-town orders, there is a $8.95 service and transmission fee per destination for orders placed online.

For example: If you order one or ten arrangements for delivery to one destination, your fee will be $8.95. However, if you order two items going to two different destinations, there will be a $8.95 fee per destination.

U.S. Delivery Information

The majority of our gift items will be delivered via United Parcel Service, Federal Express or U.S. Postal service. These items are available for shipping in the U.S. only. These items can not be delivered to Hospitals, PO Boxes, or Rural Routes.

Advanced Orders

Advanced orders are welcome. Place your orders prior to major holidays to give an Affiliate Florist time to create the best arrangements for you.

Holiday Orders:

Flowers are popular gift items during many holiday periods. These holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professional's Week and Mother's Day. We encourage our customers to order their holiday gift items as early as possible to ensure delivery for the holiday. Due to the high volume of flower and gift orders being delivered by our florists and suppliers, Floralplanet.com may be forced to "cut-off" new orders as the holiday approaches. During peak times, please make sure to read all important delivery notifications that will be posted throughout the site.
