How are Bouquets shipped?
In order to guarantee freshness of our Bouquets, we only ship via FedEx. All of our fresh-cut, direct from our Garden flowers are sent Standard Overnight by FedEx.

Wrapped in a decorative cellophane bouquet sleeve, Bouquets are shipped in a gift box to ensure freshness during delivery. All Bouquets are arranged as shown in our descriptions.

                      

Bouquets are accompanied with your personal message, plant food, and care instructions outlining the best way for the recipient to cut the stems and transfer to a vase.

Please note that fresh flowers are a perishable item and
need to be shipped to an address where they can be placed in water immediately.

What happens if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
All Bouquet shipments automatically have a "signature release," which means that FedEx will drop off the package without requiring a signature. In most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no answer, will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.

What days are available for Delivery?
Bouquets can be delivered every day except for Sundays, Mondays, and on National holidays.

Tuesday through Saturday delivery:
Bouquets are available for delivery Tuesday through Saturday, unless the pickup or delivery date falls on a major holiday.

For Tuesday through Saturday delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm, Eastern Standard Time the day before you would like your shipment to arrive.

Note: There are no deliveries on Sundays and Mondays.

Saturday Deliveries
Saturday delivery incurs the Priority Overnight charge of $16.95 for all locations.

Saturday deliveries are not available in all areas.

Where are Bouquets available for delivery?
Floralplanet.com takes orders from anywhere in the world, for delivery in the United States.

Bouquets cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

At this time there is no delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

When should you order?
Orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance of your requested delivery date.


How much will it cost?
Standard shipping charges for delivery Monday through Friday are $7.95 in the continental United States.

Priority Overnight incurs an extra charge of $16.95 for all locations.

Saturday delivery incurs an extra charge of $16.95 for all locations, and is automatically shipped Priority.

When will the Bouquet arrive?
For all locations within the continental United States:

• Standard Overnight shipments will be delivery by 5 pm on the requested delivery date.
   
• Priority Overnight shipments will be delivered by 12:00 noon on the requested delivery date.

* In some rural areas, Priority Overnight is delivered by 5:00 p.m.

Why are there no deliveries on Sundays?
FedEx does not deliver on Sunday in most locations. Bouquets are unable to be delivered on Sundays at this time.
