will be delivered via United Parcel Service, Federal Express
or U.S. Postal service. These items are available for shipping
in the U.S. only. These items can not be delivered to Hospitals,
PO Boxes, or Rural Routes.

Return Policy for
Hard Goods
Customer satisfaction
is our top priority. If an item has been
shipped incorrectly or is damaged in any way, please call our
customer service representatives to receive an RMA number at
1-800-342-7434, Mon.-Fri., 9am-5pm EST or email us at
service@floralplanet.com. Our
7Day return policy allows customers to return any hard good
item that does not leave them completely satisfied. Customers
are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the item
ordered.
However customers will be responsible for the original shipping
as well as the return shipping to us.
Please contact customer
service to notify us of your pending return.
Re-pack the item (s) in the original packing materials. Upon
inspection of the merchandise we will credit your account for
the full refund of the returned merchandise, minus the initial
and final freight costs. If you have any questions or concerns,

Custom
or special purchases are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
A custom purchase consists of any item that is not listed on
the website. A special purchase is any item that is not a standard
inventory item.

prior to major holidays
for guaranteed delivery options.
Please check items going into major holidays for cut off dates
and order deadlines.
Holiday Orders:
Flowers are popular gift items
during many holiday periods. These holidays include Thanksgiving,
Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professional's
Week and Mother's Day. We encourage our customers to order their
holiday gift items as early as possible to ensure delivery for
the holiday. Due to the high volume of flower and gift orders
being delivered by our florists and suppliers, Floralplanet.com
may be forced to "cut-off" new orders as the holiday approaches.
During peak times, please make sure to read all important delivery
notifications that will be posted throughout the site
